Management - optimizing operations - potential for growth
The department currently consists of 3 salaried employees and approx. 15 hourly paid employees. The scaffolding department in Region South has great growth potential and you will help set the direction and drive the efforts. You will primarily be based in our regional office in Fredericia, but you will also work on projects throughout Southern Denmark.

Overview of your responsibilities and main tasks:
- Co-responsibility for developing the future strategy of the scaffolding department
- P/L responsibility for your department and personnel responsibility (salaried and hourly employees)
- Contribute to a good working environment in the region
- Ensure high quality in the department's projects - including costing, quoting, planning, execution and finance
- Overall responsibility for project management and case finances, prioritization and risk management of projects and market segments
- Close follow-up on the department's projects
- Participate in contract negotiations for major contracts
- Ensure continuous upskilling of employees so that the skill level matches the content and scope of the work.
- Support sales efforts in the region and ensure a commercial focus
Business-oriented practitioner with a strong leadership profile
You have solid experience in the scaffolding industry and several years of experience managing both salaried and hourly workers. It is an advantage that you have experience managing scaffolding projects in both industry and construction.
You preferably have a craft background with further education or training in engineering or management. Managerial and professional experience and commercial results are preferred over a high level of education.
