Another completed boat where we have been allowed to be involved in insulation, sheet metal covering and ventilation.
Work performed on board:
- Comfort, noise and A60 fire insulation(1950 m2)
- Uncovering insulation(1100 m2)
- Pop rivets used: 38,500 pieces
- Drills used up: approx. 450 pcs
- Angle iron: 2800 meters
- RSW and vacuum maifold insulation(1220 m2)
- Exhaust pipe insulation with wire mesh mat covered with galvanized sheet
- Exhaust pipe insulation with insulation pads on moving parts
- Installation of AL ventilation pipes and fittings for A/C in the accommodation, technical room and on the bridge
- Insulation of sanitary and central heating pipes with pipe shells wrapped with glass cloth painted with Noxyde(1650 m)
