Norisol performs technical insulation at ARC

ARC, also known as Amager Bakke, is one of the world's cleanest and most energy-efficient waste-to-energy plants. They utilize the residual waste that cannot be used or recycled and convert it into electricity and heat. Annually, they energy recover approximately 600,000 tons of waste, which is converted into electricity and district heating for the annual consumption of approximately 95,000 households.

These processes require the piping systems, boilers, valves, etc. to be efficiently insulated and well-functioning. And this is where Norisol comes in.

Our technical insulators are ready when ARC needs to strip/re-insulate leaking soot blowers, aerators, defective inlet boxes on waste cranes and insulation of leaking check valves and turbines.

We are often called out urgently for same-day work, and ARC is very satisfied with our rapid response and the quality of our work. Norisol's people are so well known at ARC that the technical conversation is often directly with our skilled installers and the work can be carried out without delay.

We are happy to be able to contribute to matters crucial for society such as CO2 capture and converting waste into electricity and heat at a time when climate and the environment are of high priority and we need to limit global warming.
