We are looking for a skilled project manager, preferably with experience in technical insulation, who is motivated by independent tasks and who has a personal drive to create results. The position is with a permanent office in Odense.

As a Project Manager, you will have a challenging and exciting workday with great freedom to shape your tasks. You will report to the Regional Director on a daily basis, and together with the rest of the team you will be responsible for creating growth throughout Region South.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Hiring and firing hourly paid staff
  • Ensure proper project management including planning, time tracking, etc.
  • Follow-up of the projects on site, including coordination with any chairmen
  • Ensure machines and tools are in safe condition and best suited for the tasks
  • Ensure that all work is performed safely and according to rules/guidelines
  • Participate in price negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with applicable business procedures, processes and authorization rules
  • Be proactive/outreach out for new tasks
  • Contact and sell to existing and potential customers
  • Be a good ambassador for Norisol and ensure that our good relationship with the customer is maintained and expanded

About you

Your background could be relevant experience in technical insulation or energy optimization, but it could also be a background from a carpentry, ventilation or HVAC company. Experience with project management and managing hourly workers is a must.
