Andreas Wojcik is the new regional director for Norisol Region North. He is familiar with Norisol from many years of working alongside the company and collaborating with it at the port of Frederikshavn. Now he will build on the work that Vagner K. Jensen has spearheaded.
Andreas Wojcik is based in Frederikshavn and is also a member of Norisol's management team. He succeeds Vagner K. Jensen, who will remain at Norisol as a Senior Advisor.
Region North has 200 employees and specializes in technical insulation, marine interiors, and offshore projects.

Has built a business from the ground up
Andreas Wojcik has been the manager since 2018. He has worked at project-oriented companies such as MAN Energy Solutions, CS WIND Offshore, and PowerCon, and has served as both a project manager and a sales manager.
As COO/Director of Operations for Substations at CS WIND Offshore in Aalborg, he built up the business unit from 16 hourly employees and two middle managers to approximately 200 employees. His most recent position was as a manager at PowerCon in Hobro.

Vagner K. Jensen will continue as Senior Advisor
Vagner K. Jensen joined Norisol as an installer in 1979. Since then, he has served as foreman, project manager, department head, and regional manager, and since 2014, he has been regional director for Region North. Today, his responsibilities include leading the effort to digitize parts of production across the regions.

Moving forward with the support of a new owner
In September, Waterland Private Equity became the new majority owner of Norisol. The change in leadership in Region North had been planned before the change in ownership was finalized. MS2 Invest and the other minority shareholders will remain co-owners.
