Do you know your way around sheet metal work - and have experience managing insulation tasks at each location?
We are looking for an experienced and structured foreman for technical insulation to help solve exciting projects in Central and Southern Jutland. You will play a central role in the projects, working closely with fitters, apprentices and project managers - and you will be responsible for ensuring progress, quality and overview on a daily basis.
Your tasks and responsibilities
As chairman, you are a key person in operations and task execution. You are:
- Distribute tasks and resources among installers and apprentices
- Ensure high quality and correct execution of technical insulation - including sheet metal work
- Focus on safety and health on a daily basis - and ensure compliance with rules and procedures
- Actively participate in startup and safety meetings
- Maintains contact with the customer and participates in construction meetings as agreed
- Follow up on hours, absence and material usage
- Contributes to planning and documentation in collaboration with the project manager
- Registers and quality assures deliveries and work execution
- Takes the lead in creating a safe and well-functioning work environment for the team
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a foreman or supervisor
- You've got plate, isogeno, Armaflex and fire extinguishers under control
- You are a skilled technical insulator or have another relevant craft background
- You are structured, quality-conscious and have a flair for planning and coordination
- You thrive in a role with responsibility - and have an eye for progress, safety and collaboration
- You are used to using PC and mobile for email, documentation and time tracking
