Twenty colleagues from across the country have now completed the final external module of our Chairperson Training Program, which we developed in collaboration with AMY SYD. Through this program, they have strengthened their professional skills and gained new perspectives on the role of chairperson through peer mentoring, the exchange of experiences, and practical tools.

All that’s left now are the internal modules. Here, we link the training directly to Norisol’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that what’s learned translates into better planning, clearer communication, and stronger collaboration.
