Daniel Lowe is proof that dedication, strategic thinking and business acumen can pave the way from a technical role to a management position at executive level. With 10 years of experience at Norisol A/S, he has managed to combine practical experience with strategic leadership, culminating in his latest role as Regional Director in the company's Skælskør branch with responsibility for the Eastern region. He took up the position on January 1, 2025.
His journey from technical insulator to regional director demonstrates an ability to identify opportunities and drive organizational growth. With a background as an adult apprentice in the company, he quickly took responsibility and became chairman, which was the start of an ambitious leadership journey. After advancing to project manager, he took an XBA in Aalborg to strengthen his leadership skills and add strategic value to the company.
From operational to strategic management
In 2019, Daniel Lowe took over as Regional Director of Norisol's South Region. His ability to navigate complex projects while maintaining a strong company culture made him an obvious candidate when the company was without a Regional Director in the East in 2022.
His temporary dual responsibility for both Region South and Region East emphasized the need for a strategic approach to resource allocation and management structure. Despite the operational challenges, the period expanded his strategic understanding and sharpened his ability to lead across organizational units.
Leadership, change and value creation
After a short period of self-employment, Daniel Lowe returned to Norisol in 2024 as Acting Director of Region East. His return illustrates both his strong connection to the company's values and his ability to add value at a strategic level. With a permanent appointment from 2025, he looks forward to further developing the region and strengthening the company's position in the market.

- Even though I was happy to be self-employed, it felt right to be back at Norisol. It was like "coming home". I have gained a lot from having tried something different, and when I was offered a permanent position as Director of Region East as of January 1, 2025, I didn't have to think twice.
