Norisol has with immediate effect decided to end the collaboration with the subcontractor, ISO Group Aps.
Norisol has decided to no longer use ISO Group as a subcontractor to provide foreign labor for its projects. This follows a number of cases that have also come to public attention.
"We cherish our values and therefore cannot live with such a massive suspicion of unacceptable conditions. We don't want to expose our customers to that either," says Norisol's CEO, Lars Bork Hansen.
In the fall of 2024, Norisol was made aware of irregularities in the employment conditions at the subcontractor, ISO Group. The matter was thoroughly investigated together with 3F and the collaboration with ISO Group was terminated. At the same time, the employees were offered employment with Norisol, which only a few accepted. After about two months, the collaboration was resumed in close dialog with 3F, partly because ISO Group had become fully covered by the collective agreement, had corrected the conditions, and Norisol had introduced more thorough procedures and new stricter supervision.
"We took thorough action back in the fall in relation to the problems we became aware of and could do something about. We have no further knowledge of the issues that have been described in public in recent days, but they are of such a nature that we no longer have confidence in ISO Group," says CEO Lars Bork Hansen, and continues:
"Norisol delivers high-quality work, while at the same time setting clear requirements for our subcontractors and expecting them to always comply with applicable legislation and ensure decent working conditions. That's what we promise our customers, and there should be no doubt about that."
It is emphasized that Norisol's termination of cooperation with ISO Group does not affect others - neither current nor future projects.
