Norisol hires experienced industry expert Jesper Øland

Jesper Øland, who was CEO of Persolit for 14 years, will advise Norisol in the future.

We are excited to announce that Norisol has hired Jesper Øland as a management consultant as of May 1st.

Jesper Øland has been in the insulation industry for almost 25 years, most recently as CEO of Persolit, where he was employed until 2020. Since then, Jesper has worked as a board member and consultant - including in the Køge-based company Dana Lim.

"Jesper has good experience in solving the challenge of manpower - including foreign labor, which is something our industry very much needs. He also has in-depth knowledge of the market and the industry, which we are sure we can benefit from. It is very positive that Jesper has agreed to help develop Norisol and I look forward to the collaboration." Says CEO Knut Akselvoll.

Jesper Øland is 53 years old, a trained civil engineer and comes from Kerteminde, where he lives with his wife.
