Skive College has chosen to name Norisol as Apprenticeship of the Year.

Here at Norisol, apprentices are an important part of our everyday life, our professionalism, and our future.
That is why we are proud that one of our apprentices in Frederikshavn nominated us and that Skive College chose to name us the best place to learn.

The award is recognition of the way we work with education. And it confirms what we already know: that taking responsibility for young people and their development makes a difference.

Apprentices are part of the team
At Norisol, apprentices are welcomed as future colleagues. They are involved in tasks, are held accountable, and are allowed to learn their trade in practice—with support from experienced colleagues who share their knowledge and experience.

It takes time and commitment. But it is an investment we prioritize. Because when we pass on our expertise, we not only strengthen the individual apprentice—we strengthen the whole of Norisol and the community we are part of.

A culture we are proud of
The award highlights a working environment where learning, dialogue, and collaboration are a natural part of the job. Where the relationship between the company and the school is close, and where there is follow-up, adjustment, and accountability along the way.

It is not something that happens by itself. It is the result of a culture that is created by people – every day.

The Apprenticeship of the Year award is a pat on the back for the entire team in Frederikshavn and everyone at Norisol who contributes to training the professionals of the future.

We are proud of the award. But we are even more proud of the effort behind it – and of the fact that apprentices are a natural and important part of Norisol.
