IKAS Isolering becomes part of Norisol, which takes over the activities.
Central Jutland will now have a larger and more specialized partner when it comes to technical insulation. Norisol takes over the activities of IKAS Isolering and strengthens its local presence and capacity in technical insulation and energy optimization.

Providing customers with stronger solutions
Both companies have deep roots in the industry and are among Denmark's oldest in technical insulation. The merger gives customers access to more than 150 years of combined industry experience, broader competencies and greater capacity. This means even more flexible solutions for customers while maintaining high quality across projects.
"Becoming part of Norisol gives us the opportunity to develop both employees and business. We will have access to more resources and a strong professional network that will enable us to take part in larger projects and offer our customers even stronger solutions. At the same time, we retain our local presence, which is part of our DNA," says Kim Cronqvist, former CEO and co-owner of IKAS Isolering A/S. He will remain at the helm as department manager for Norisol Aarhus.
Both Kim Cronqvist and Lars Bork Hansen see the merger as an advantage for both customers and employees when IKAS Isolering becomes Norisol's new Aarhus branch.
"Our new department will be located in Harlev outside Aarhus, and all employees will continue in their current roles. The main changes will be the name on the facade and that together we are even stronger, more agile and have a desire to make the best solutions for our many customers," says CEO of Norisol, Lars Bork Hansen.
Integration of the activities will take place gradually over the next few months towards 2026.
