New HR and Communications Manager at Norisol

It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Heidi Bøtcher Sørensen as the new HR and Communications Manager at Norisol.

Heidi Bøtcher Sørensen is 52 years old and has a solid background in HR and management, most recently as HR Manager at Femern SICE COBRA. Heidi has previously been HR Manager at Copenhagen Zoo and Dagrofa, where she worked with business strategy and employee development for both hourly and salaried employees.

When choosing Heidi, we emphasized that she has many years of experience in management, strategy and business development. In addition, her good references and a solid reputation as an empathetic and unifying leader who manages to create strong relationships and unity across the company.

In connection with her appointment, Heidi says:
