The Board of Directors of Norisol A/S has appointed 55-year-old Lars Bork Hansen as the new CEO. With an impressive career in the engineering and construction industry with industry-leading companies including Sweco and MT Højgaard, Lars Bork Hansen brings a strategic and results-oriented management philosophy and approach to the company.
Experience and leadership skills
Through his 23 years at Sweco and almost 5 years at MT Højgaard, Lars Bork Hansen has built up a solid foundation in complex building and construction projects. At MT Højgaard, he was Director of Design and Engineering, and was responsible for the design of the many construction and civil engineering projects that the company built, nationally and internationally.
Most recently, he served as Division Director and Executive Vice President at Sweco, where his efforts resulted in significant growth and strategic acquisitions. His experience in both operations and organizational development underpins his ability to drive results and ensure continued growth.
