New HR manager strengthens management and well-being at Norisol

Experienced HR profile to develop processes, culture, and collaboration across the organization.

Norisol has appointed Malene Hulkvist as its new HR manager. She will be responsible for coordinating HR activities and supporting the company's development during a period of growth and increasing complexity across the country. Malene Hulkvist comes from Saint-Gobain Distribution Denmark, where she was most recently HR manager and previously interim HR director.

A leader with extensive experience
Malene Hulkvist has more than 20 years of experience from major Danish and international companies. She has worked with recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, work environment, change management, and leadership support. She is known for her solid overview and her targeted approach to HR.

My focus will be on creating clear frameworks and ensuring that HR processes are easy to use and add value in everyday life,” says Malene Hulkvist, HR Manager at Norisol.
