Norisol is a supplier for the construction of the Fehmarnbelt tunnel
Construction of the Fehmern tunnel started in 2020 on the Danish side and in 2021 on the German side. In mid-June 2023, casting of the concrete elements for the 18 km long tunnel connection began in the onshore production halls.
It is expected that we can drive through the world's longest immersed tunnel to Germany in 2029.
Norisol is part of the large tunnel project and is the supplier of scaffolding stairways and platforms that provide access to concrete casting molds and tunnel elements. In addition, we have erected scaffolding for the construction of sliding gates and floating gates, which are access systems and gates that function as transportation routes for the concrete elements out to sea.
It took 6 months to plan and erect these scaffolds and access routes for 6 Norisol employees.
